Our yoga studio is located in a beautiful historic building, so the temperature naturally changes with the seasons and the weather. We use movable radiant heaters to create a warm, inviting practice space while allowing flexibility throughout the room.
On a warm, sunny day, the temperature inside the heated circle is typically around 100–103°F, while the outer areas are around 85°F. On cooler days, you can expect temperatures closer to 85°F in the heated circle and 75°F around the perimeter.
One of the unique benefits of our studio is that you choose the level of heat that's right for you. Practice close to the heaters for a traditional hot yoga experience, or farther away for a gentler warmth. We encourage you to find the space that feels best for your body each day.

While all of our teachers are ready to offer modifications and help. We have a fundamentals class that breaks down the poses, the why and how to make it work for you. Yoga Lab with Heather Baglien: Ever been in a yoga class and wondered what you are actually supposed to be doing in a pose? Welcome to Yoga Lab!
This 60-minute class is part yoga flow, part workshop, and entirely beginner-friendly. We'll start with a gentle, intentional flow to warm up the body before slowing things down to explore a specific pose, transition, or movement.
Each week, we'll break down something new, experiment with props and modifications, ask questions, and figure out what actually works for YOUR body.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years but still aren't entirely sure what you're doing with your back foot in Warrior I, there's something here for you.
No experience necessary. All bodies welcome.
